Scott Pardo has worked in the technology industry for over 13 years. As CTO of Tessellon, Scott’s expertise is focused on overseeing the development and dissemination of technology for clients. In this role, Scott develops and maintains Tessellon’s syndicated Real World Evidence tools (PRECISE, DxPro). Additionally, Scott mines information from large third-party databases (such as transactional claims databases) in support of a variety of client projects. Scott is also directly responsible for all Tessellon’s internal IT matters.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Maryville University. Prior to joining Tessellon, Scott spent 12 years with Mastercard. During his first 8 years there, he worked in the Data Warehouse in several diverse roles, gaining invaluable experience in big data analytics and web/mobile application design and development. In his final 4 years at Mastercard, he served as Lead Software Engineer for Mastercard Bill Pay, where he was responsible for building an industry-leading interface for consumers to manage their accounts in a unified directory. Concurrently, Scott performed contractual work with Tessellon for over 8 years, facilitating our digital product transformation.
